Add about 1/4 cup of non-dairy milk into your cup and sift in matcha. Whisk in a zigzag motion until well-combined. Some clumps are okay at this point, but try your best to minimize them. This is the most important part!
Add in the rest of the milk and heat over a stove or in a microwave if desired.
Add your sweetener of choice. Any sweetener will work, but if you are making an iced latte and didn't heat your tea, I recommend agave or maple syrup.
If you are making an iced latte, serve over ice! Otherwise, enjoy hot. Both are delicious.
