Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar.

  2. Refrigerate overnight and top with whatever you like. I used cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, and banana.
